Babysitting
First Steps:
- Submit family application
- Pay Registration fee ($100, non-refundable)
- There will be a family consultation to get to know your family and your needs, and go over the placement process
Second Steps:
- Family will write a job description email to the agency to be approved and posted
- Search will begin for candidates to fit your family
- Agency will conduct interviews to narrow down the perfect match for your family
- The family will conduct in-person or zoom interviews with the top candidates
- The family will notify the agency with which candidates they would like to move forward with
Final Steps:
- Candidate and family will agree upon a day to do a paid trial (amount agreed upon family)
- A work agreement is created and signed by both family and babysitter
- Move forward with 2 sitters for on call needs
- If two sitters are not available, $50 fee will apply for any additional sitters
*Additional Sitters*
- If you'd like more than 2 sitters
- Family will be offered multiple babysitters following the same hire process
- Additional $50 per sitter
- 4 babysitters is the cap for each family
