Terms of service
Client and Palm Concierge Agency hereby agree to the following terms and conditions with regards to the placement of a child care Nanny/House manager with client.
Agency’s Obligations -Agency will recruit Nanny/House manager applicants and will conduct a background check of all applicants who apply for a placement interview. It is the Client’s responsibility to review each Nanny/House manager applicant’s file to move forward with the hiring process.
-Upon Client’s request, the Agency will facilitate discussions between Client and Nanny/House manager with regards to the terms of Nanny’s/House managers hiring process and employment. Such discussions may include, but are not limited to compensation, work schedule, vacation time, duties, benefits, and other matters that might be common in a work agreement between Client and Nanny/House manager.
-Agency is acting as an agent on behalf of the parties and will also gain information and create relationships with client(s) and Nanny/House manager to gain more information to find the best fit for all parties. The Agency will assist Clients in selecting a Nanny/House manager, but it is the Client’s responsibility to select the appropriate Nanny/House manager and define the relationship between Client and Nanny/House manager by written agreement.
-Agency will only make one replacement referral free of charge within the first 2 months guarantee period. Should termination of Nanny’s/House managers employment occur by reason of misrepresentation by Client, or by reason of Client’s treatment of Nanny/House manager, or Client refuses to sign work agreement outlining employees work hours, pay and duties, then Client shall be in breach of contract and the Nanny/House manager replacement option will no longer be valid.
Client’s Obligations -Client shall provide both the agency and Nanny/House manager with a written list of the Nanny’s/House managers duties and Client’s exceptions of the employee,____________________ prior to start date.
-Client shall pay the Agency a non-refundable application fee of $250 upon application for a Nanny/House manager. There will be a 3% tax added to credit card invoices payments.
-Upon signing this contract, the Client agrees not to contact any candidates directly until a formal offer has been extended. All communication must be conducted either through the Consultant or within a designated group chat
-Client shall pay the remainder of the placement fee (4 weeks of employees salary) upon acceptance of a formal offer by Nanny/House manager.
